    Founded on October 18, 2013, Shanghai YJ Food Industrial Co., Ltd. ("YJ Food" or the "Company") has a paid-up capital of RMB 20 million, and is qualified to undertake self-operated import business. Leveraging the advantages of Shanghai as an economic and trade center, the Company is primarily specialized in the import and distribution of safe, healthy and premium imported meat in China.

    Our products are imported pork, poultry and beef that are sourced from suppliers all over the world as approved by the national policy. The value of import exceeded RMB 1 billion in 2020 and is expected to grow by 60% in 2021.

     Relying on YJ Food's strong import power, the head of the Company established Shanghai Dollar Foods Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Mubingxian E-commerce Co., Ltd. in 2015 and 2017, respectively, to engage in the distribution of imported frozen meat through a range of domestic channels. Later in 2019, YJ Food made an investment in Shanghai Yixingde Food Co., Ltd. to open up processing channels and expand the whole industry chain.

        Following the launch of the "One Policy for One Enterprise” Targeted Service Program by China Customs, Shanghai, as a local taxpayer, is responsible for management of the Program pilot.
        By the end of 2020, first 100 companies in Shanghai Customs District will be selected as pilot enterprises, including about 15 companies in Jiading Customs District.
        Through evaluation in terms of company import volume and financial position indicators, YJ Food has now been included in these first 100 pilot enterprises.

        In 2018, the domestic pig production plummeted following the outbreak of African swine fever. In response to the call of Shanghai Municipal People's Government and in order to help the country in trouble, YJ Food became one of the emergency reserve units of Shanghai Municipal People's Government, and did its part by storing 1500 tons of imported pork for Shanghai citizens.

        In March 2022, Shanghai starts its battle with the epidemic, and all people and companies in Shanghai are facing serious challenges during that period. As a company based in Shanghai, we understand it is our duty to help local food supply even many barriers were to be overcome. None of them stopped us and YJ successfully delivered our first donation to ZHENXIN street (more like a community).
        In the meanwhile, we took quick response to our gov.’s call and used all our skills and capacities to start supply imported meat allover the city, and became Epidemic Supply Guarantee Enterprises, which officially appointed by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, to share the responsibility carried by the gov.
